songs to help kids

exist in the world

Conscious parenting + music + AI
Audubot aims to teach self-advocacy and social-emotional wellness by exploring how kids can handle everyday situations and life experiences.

Audubot is the product of Audubon – a writer turned AI strategist who is also the parent of a young kid.

Parent-inspired

A wide group of parents submitted ideas for song topics, then voted on all ideas. This determined the order in which they were created.

Empowerment-focused

Songs emphasize what children CAN do in a situation, not what they can’t. Self-advocacy and pragmatism are also prevalant.

Less annoying than, well, you know

The objective was to create catchy songs that parents can play in the car without wanting to throw themselves out of it.

This isn’t about AI

Tech is a tool, and AI was only used to rapidly produce these songs as a proof-of-concept. The goal was never to have robots singing; the goal was to validate that parents and kids respond to the messages in the songs.

Song topics are suggested and prioritized by parents, lyrics are written by a parent, music is composed by AI, and songs are edited by a parent.

In future, we plan to re-release these albums with actual human singers, as nature intended.
